Introducing the NEW YEAR! NEW YOU! Win & Give Weight Loss Challenge - a unique opportunity for you to transform your life while also making a positive impact in the world!
Here's the concept: With each entry, $100 from every participant's fee is contributed to a communal pot. The victor of the challenge not only wins half of this pot but also gets to select a 501(c)(3) charity from the list below to receive the remaining half.
Upon the winner's selection, Healthy Hebets will take care of donating the winner's share to the chosen charity on their behalf.

What should I expect?Â
Prepare to redefine your health and fitness with our expertly crafted 8-week program. You'll join a community of like-minded individuals all working towards a common goal of prioritizing health and wellness. Enjoy access to top-notch workouts, comprehensive meal plans, and unwavering support from Coach Jeremy.
This journey might differ from our one-on-one coaching, but personalized attention isn’t compromised. Your progress is monitored individually each week, ensuring tailored guidance and support. Share and celebrate your successes within the group and draw motivation from your peers, enhancing your experience and driving remarkable results.
Rules & Guidelines
1. You must have all your starting measurements, weight, body fat and pictures at the Start of the challenge.
2. Each Monday morning you will submit your check in to Jeremy. (you will receive a link to do this digitally - easy peasy)
3. Everyday you will check off the list on your completion sheet:
- 15 minute walk minimum
- workout (unless a rest day)
-Â ate foods on plan
- drank a gallon of waterÂ
4. Each week you will post your weekly completion sheet.
5. Finally Your Final Weight, Body Fat, Measurements and pictures will be due on the final Monday.
6. Jeremy will tally up everyones results and later that week announce the winner.Â
